Objective

This is one of requisite for every one who work. Understand the objectives and find out ways to achieve it. What is really meant by being objective? Is it just the objective of the company. Whether the individual working in a organization do have objectives, whether it differs from company objectives? Most of the cases it do. Individuals focus on their objective more than the objective of the company. One should be finding a balance between company objective and individual objective. For example company wants revenue targets to be met by selling product A and B, company might be having lot of reasons to state for taking a decision like this. But if a person finds Product A and B bad for the customer and tries to sell product C, then there is difference of objective. Even if he meets the target with Product C, company might not consider it as a good effort. So every company must find out enough reasons to tell that this is what our objective is. Otherwise individuals working will be finding it difficult to digest it.
Objective is real good phenomenon to discuss. In your life also you mind have find lot of people who considers his self objective more than anything else. This is actually a difficult scenario. They don`t bother about what other people has to suffer because of it. They just put across their objective as the first and foremost priority. One should be really careful when dealing with people who are really objective like that. They used to play with relationships and try to be good to everyone, and makes the relationships between other people bad, to achieve objective. They tend to play safe in most of the situations. But they make sure someone else play their role very well.

Well this is a start up. Am sure I got lot to write on this topic or the characteristic of humans.

Indecisive

Being indecisive is being always a problem for people . They always find there are lot of options in front to decide upon. But ultimately they will be in a stage of lot of confusion so they wont be able to take the right decision at right time. Why people become indecisive? Is it because of the reason that they don`t know what is exactly right for them, Fear of facing change, consequences, yes all this comes as reasons for being indecisive. Knowing what is right and what is wrong is always a tough say. No one can predict its 100% going to be the best for one person. This leads to people being confused at one juncture of life without knowing where should he/she must go. These sort of personalities tend ask for a back up or support from some one to go further. These people tend to take lot of time in taking decisions considering all the options available to reach the final decision. I found that if they are taking some quick decision, they tend to think about it lot of times after taking it and will start worrying about it. How we can come out of it? I feel its always good to take time to take time in taking decisions considering all options. And its not easy to change at one point of time to take the decisions quick. And I feel there is no need of being worried about being unable to taking time, but if they take time they consider all the options and take a decision which is really worth of taking it. I always felt decisions require time. Jumping into things all in a sudden is never been my habit. I always took time for my decisions. Sometimes I was forced to take it fast and landed most of time in soup.

How People Becomes Lazy?

Last week I really want to write something on this page, but unfortunately I could'nt find out the right topic to blog. It was a lazy week for me. Not much work. Simply sitting in office from morning to evening, did'nt go for meeting customer. Browsing through pages was the only thing I was doing. How come I become so lazy? Is that being normal for me. I never wanted to be lazy. So being lazy is purely my decision. To an extent yes its my decision to be lazy. Or I being bored of doing the same work for the past two years. Or I being bored of the circumstances around. Might be yes for all those questions. I always believed that hardwork gives me results. And its being right for me. I always worked hard for my results. I worked for my targets by selecting the tough route instead of going for short cuts.
People tend to be lazy and bored when the circumstances around him take a U turn which become unfavourable for them, even I am in that situation. I always enjoyed doing each and every bit of my work. Even if its meeting new people, talking to existing relationships, product presentations, activities, team meetings, tele calling. I always compete with myself to enjoy it. At one point of life I just realized that every mood am having is created by myself, am the sole responsible person. But here am I boring myself and becoming lazy. Even am becoming lazy in making a blog. Still I beleive these situations I create myself. I am the person who got to pep my spirits and get back to old style of living.

Workaholic..

The first day of the month, but today is the last day to achieve target, am I going to reach it? No am not going too, am sure about it.Just thinking why the closing being the last day of month instead of extending it to first of the month.. this is too sad..Whether am happy with the performance? Yes am or am I trying to be happy. I just don`t know, but when people ask me I will tell am happy, because there are some milestones.
This is month my branch is in profit, first time after the branch got opened.. am just three months old in the branch and within this short period am able to do it, something to cheer. I have reduced the cost to the levels I wanted so then the productivity is increased, am happy with the branch performance..but whether am happy with the job...
NO, am not, I being transferred and promoted from another branch offering salary hike and grade change, but what happened, they promoted me to a branch where there is hell lot of problems, but I love being in the middle of problems and coming out of it,and I have done it.The person who is going to come after me, am sure not going to have any problems as such I had, he got more visibility and a customer base to meet the cost without any problem..
What about my salary, its not being revised, it remains the same, I am a person with lot of career dreams.. at last my career dreams is getting a block here, why I have to sacrifice my dreams for the gains of some one else.. I should not. 2 yrs in the organization is going to end with a sad face..
I being considered as an employee with positive attitude now am going in a negative self..Is this my problem... or because problems created by me.
I dont have answers for these sort of questions.

Work Culture

Recently I asked my boss, Why people quit from the organization? He told me some reasons for it, the first he said is that, Problem with bosses, ya I feel he is right, if am gettting a boss who disturbs my way of working and doesn`t give respect to my views, I might quit. The second reason he told is performance issues, I thought how an employee becomes non-performing.. there are lot of reasons for that...

Attitude of the employee towards work... Competetiveness of the product he deals with... attitude of bosses.. organisation everything matters..

Here I see lot of problems.. employees are getting frequently dissatisfied.. they feel being exploited by the organization.. they feel being underpaid.. they feel being not recognized.. why it happens...

Existing staff always see organization takes new employee with high pay than what they are getting..Is that an issue.. sure it is.. when organization invites new talent with higher costs.. what about the people who has given their life in the past years... so obviously people move out.. there will be takers also for a higher remuneration..

Employees see some one unfamiliar coming as boss and bossing him around asking everyone to change... OMG.. that is hell lot of problems..
When am asked to sell a product which is not acceptable for me.. and am forced to do that... I will find it difficult.. sure..most employees do..

There are lot to come....I feel like am I being designed by god to be a Entrepreneur...
