Work Culture


Recently I asked my boss, Why people quit from the organization? He told me some reasons for it, the first he said is that, Problem with bosses, ya I feel he is right, if am gettting a boss who disturbs my way of working and doesn`t give respect to my views, I might quit. The second reason he told is performance issues, I thought how an employee becomes non-performing.. there are lot of reasons for that...

Attitude of the employee towards work... Competetiveness of the product he deals with... attitude of bosses.. organisation everything matters..

Here I see lot of problems.. employees are getting frequently dissatisfied.. they feel being exploited by the organization.. they feel being underpaid.. they feel being not recognized.. why it happens...

Existing staff always see organization takes new employee with high pay than what they are getting..Is that an issue.. sure it is.. when organization invites new talent with higher costs.. what about the people who has given their life in the past years... so obviously people move out.. there will be takers also for a higher remuneration..

Employees see some one unfamiliar coming as boss and bossing him around asking everyone to change... OMG.. that is hell lot of problems..
When am asked to sell a product which is not acceptable for me.. and am forced to do that... I will find it difficult.. sure..most employees do..

There are lot to come....I feel like am I being designed by god to be a Entrepreneur...
